Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager in Rogers, AR who will drive store performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, optimize staffing and payroll, and partner with District leadership to meet and exceed sales targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and maintaining store standards across product categories while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure staffing levels meet business needs and manage payroll implications.
• Coach associates and lead by example on the sales floor during peak hours.
