Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager in Tracy, CA to lead store partners, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will manage staffing, training, merchandising, and compliance while partnering with district leadership to meet profitability goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge across categories, and community engagement through events and loyalty programs. Boot Barn fosters growth and a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; extended hours when needed.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsabilités

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed sales goals.
• Develop training plans and product knowledge across categories.
• Assess local customer needs and report to District Manager.
• Analyze business trends to maximize sales and metrics.
• Coach and recognize excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Ensure staffing levels and payroll alignment with store needs.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, signings and presentations.
• Lead loyalty programs engagement and partner with district for events.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and local laws; open/close per standards.
