Job summary

Boot Barn in Tracy, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach partners, and maintain exceptional customer service and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong customer-service and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture.
• Coach and review goals with partners with actionable feedback.
• Train staff on company policies, procedures and programs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on schedules, directives and execution.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising adjacencies and presentations.
• Assist with inventory shrink plans and receipts processing.
• Ensure compliance with time and attendance policies.
