You will drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and strategic use of data, ensuring strong visual presentation and excellent service at all times.

Qualifications

• You will have at least 2+ years as Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• You have a proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• You are flexibile to work evenings and weekends, with some travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• As Store Manager, use data and market knowledge to set action plans for financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent; motivate teams and identify strengths.
• Provide feedback to improve performance and develop staff; communicate clear expectations.
• Ensure merchandising and store operational standards are consistently met.
• Oversee controllable expenses including payroll and training to improve profitability.
• Lead floor sets, visual merchandising, and manage shifts when needed.
• Schedule employees by strengths to maximize productivity; model company values.
