Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver world‑class service across daily operations in Indianapolis. You will drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and promote the membership program to build customer loyalty.

You will recruit and coach staff, foster a positive store culture, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a top‑tier store appearance and performance.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive outstanding customer service, merchandising standards and sales performance.
• Promote the store membership program to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Oversee operations, labor, inventory and expenses to support profitability.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Ensure cash handling and SOP adherence while maintaining a clean, safe store.
