Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train and develop store teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and video conferencing.
• Comfort with operating a POS system and store technology.
