Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for our Indianapolis location at 8487 Union Chapel Rd Ste 500. You will coach a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive sales, and manage store operations to company standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize scheduling, and partner with district leadership to maximize performance and profitability within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading, managing and developing retail teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff in a retail setting.
