Casey's in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver great guest experiences. You will drive sales, ensure clean and stocked stores, and coach staff to embody Casey's CARES values.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, managing labor, overseeing kitchen operations, and safeguarding assets. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain leadership presence in the store.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members and mentor staff.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling for regular and peak times.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and asset protection processes.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans.
