Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a community-focused environment. You will manage staffing, training, merchandising, and adherence to Casey's CARES values while driving sales and store performance.

You’ll oversee all aspects of store operations, including loss prevention, food preparation, and daily financial tasks. This role requires flexibility for varied hours and a focus on community engagement and growth opportunities within

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members in the Casey's Way and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, counts, audits, orders; manage inventory and DSD; ensure asset protection processes.
