GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for Store 5829 located at 3880 W Houghton Lake Drive, US-MI-Houghton Lake. This role leads a team of 8-15 associates, drives store performance, and ensures outstanding customer service and operations.

The position is full-time with open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will own store operations, training, merchandising, and safety standards while advancing within a growing national convenience-chain.

Qualifications

• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person when coverage is needed - weekend/evening shifts included.
• Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, and cleaning.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth and accountability.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle all banking and cash deposits with valid license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
