GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team of 8-15 across all shifts, and drive store performance. You’ll own performance, merchandising, and customer service while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

This hourly role requires open availability, a valid driver’s license, and a Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain). Competitive pay, weekly pay, 401(k), and a $1500 sign-on bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Minimum age requirement 21+ years old.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth and accountability.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
