Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks a Store Manager in Michigan to take ownership of store operations, lead a team of 8-15 across all shifts, and drive performance. You will cover all shifts, including evenings and weekends, and handle registers, stocking, merchandising, and customer service with a focus on upselling promotions.

The role is hourly with 52 hours per week minimum, with bonuses and a $1500 sign-on bonus after 6 months. Strong leadership, safety, and food safety certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Availability for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits - must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs - including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
