Casey’s Store Manager in Texas leads a team to deliver friendly guest service while upholding Casey’s standards. You will hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members, coach to Casey’s CARES values, and manage labor budgeting, scheduling, and store operations.

You’ll oversee kitchen activity, inventory, audits, and asset protection; collaborate with district leadership on action plans; complete required trainings, including ServSafe where applicable.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team preferred.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members, coaching them to succeed and grow.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; ensure asset protection.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and assessments including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
