Cash America Pawn is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store in Texas. You’ll drive operations, develop staff, oversee merchandising and loans, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing a diverse product mix, including jewelry and electronics.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Perform other duties as assigned
