Job summary

Cash America Pawn seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Granbury, TX. You will coach and develop staff, drive sales and profitability, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
