Rothy’s is seeking a Store Manager in Pasadena, CA to lead an engaged team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll drive sales, mentor staff, and align with brand standards across in-store activities.

You’ll manage recruitment, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize store performance and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive retail leadership experience in a service-focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills with high-performing teams.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a strong store team, onboarding and developing staff.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback, floor observations, and regular 1:1 check-ins.
• Maintain high performance by training staff on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge.
• Oversee the Manager on Duty program and accountability across shifts.
• Collaborate with other stores and departments to solve problems and drive improvements.
• Drive sales and KPIs by setting goals and coaching daily.
