Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. Pasadena is seeking a Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while running daily operations. You’ll lead a high-performing team, coordinate with stores and departments, and embody our mission in every guest interaction.

You’ll drive sales through clienteling, product knowledge and brand storytelling, while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming, inclusive environment for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience in a service-focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Good judgment on key work and core issues.
• Ability to think critically and exhibit problem-solving skills.
• Strong coaching, talent development, and team-building abilities.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift; lift up to 25 lbs; frequent bending/reaching.
• Uphold Rothy’s Experience by following dress code and wearing Rothy’s shoes.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team with proactive recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive customer experience through exceptional service and clienteling.
• Be the store expert on brand, product knowledge, and sustainability story.
• Set goals, coach daily, and monitor KPIs to drive sales growth.
• Plan in-store events and activations to grow brand awareness and sales.
• Ensure presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, and dress standards align with brand.
