Rothy’s is seeking a Store Manager in Boston, MA to lead a high-performing team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will coach staff, drive sales, and uphold our standards for exceptional customer experiences while representing the brand in the local community.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, collaborate with other stores and departments, and plan in-store events to grow brand awareness and sales. The role requires 40+ hours weekly, including peak days.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing the business.
• Good judgment on key business issues.
