Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching, talent development, and building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, engaged store team with proactive recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clienteling and brand storytelling.
• Drive sales and KPIs by setting goals, coaching daily, and recognizing wins.
• Plan and execute in-store events and activations to grow brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee payroll, staffing, scheduling, and inventory processes to meet goals.
