Job summary

Rothy's, Inc. in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate across stores and departments, and actively promote our mission and values to customers and the community.

You will coach the team on service excellence, product knowledge, and brand standards, while driving sales and sustaining a welcoming, inclusive store culture consistent with Rothy's Experience.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching and talent development abilities.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit, hire, onboard and develop a strong store team.
• Develop team members through in-the-moment feedback and regular 1:1s.
• Maintain high performance by training on SOPs, service, selling skills, and product knowledge.
• Lead the Division of Responsibility program with the leadership team.
• Ensure MOD program execution with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coach for high performance and partner with People Team on employee relations.
• Create a positive, engaging team culture with proactive engagement.
• Lead brand-appropriate customer service and brand standards on the sales floor.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and storytelling about our products.
