Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a Store Manager in New York City (Nolita) to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive store operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure brand standards across service, product knowledge, and visual presentation.

You’ll coach for performance, manage payroll and scheduling, and work with cross-functional teams to execute events that grow brand awareness and sales while maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week including peak days.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop a strong store team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team on floor.
• Maintain SOPs, service expectations, and product knowledge.
• Lead MOD program with clear expectations and accountability.
• Plan in-store events and activations to grow brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with stores and departments to solve problems and improve operations.
• Uphold brand standards in presentation and customer experience.
