Job summary

Rothy's Lone Tree store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining daily operations. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, drive sales, and ensure brand standards across visuals and programs.

You’ll collaborate with other stores and departments, plan events, manage payroll and inventory, and uphold our sustainability values in every guest interaction. This role requires 40 hours weekly, including peak days.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership (35%): Proactively recruit, hire, onboard and develop a strong store team; provide in-the-moment feedback; train on SOPs, service expectations, selling skills, and product knowledge; lead the Division of Responsibility program; ensure MOD program execution; handle employee relations with People Team; foster engaging, positive culture.
