Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager in Myrtle Beach to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and performance while upholding store standards and brand integrity.

You will coach and develop the team, handle scheduling and payroll processes, and collaborate with district leadership to execute promotions and initiatives while maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Manage your store’s hiring strategy, including planning needs and recruitment strategy.
• Assist in onboarding to acclimate new team members to Lids.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Lead and monitor your store’s ongoing training strategy and new programs.
• Address employee concerns and coordinate with HR or support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling strategies to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations in the moment.
• Direct in-store team to ensure efficient operations and customer focus.
• Encourage participation in Lids membership programs and promotions.
