Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role leads daily store operations, drives sales, oversees staff training, and ensures exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for scheduling, process adherence, and creating an engaging team culture while maintaining store standards and merchandising guidelines. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through LIDS training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings as needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adhere to Brand Standards.
