Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance in our Myrtle Beach location. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, and ensuring operational standards.

You will manage product presentation, store metrics, and employee development while driving store profitability and a positive team culture. Experience in retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales results and minimize loss.
• Experience delivering training and developing staff.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training or meetings.
• Ability to work varying days/hours and maintain high attendance.
• Demonstrated managerial capabilities in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead store hiring strategy, onboarding, and staffing decisions.
• Develop and monitor ongoing training for team members and new programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
