Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Myrtle Beach to lead daily store operations, manage inventory, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as Manager on duty when needed and ensure adherence to company standards and policies while driving sales and a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling strategy to achieve KPIs and drive sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Recruit, train, and develop store personnel; enforce company policies and standards.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Open, close, and manage cash handling and till procedures.
