Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver a high-quality guest experience. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, guest service, loss prevention, and food prep, while building a strong community presence.

You will hire, coach, and manage team members, model Casey’s CARES values, and drive store performance through effective scheduling and resource planning. On-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience required.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance.
• Ownership mindset and accountability are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to support guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members under Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders.
• Partner with District Manager on Store Action Plans and KPIs.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.
