Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and embody the mission and core values of Miniso in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding service, merchandising standards, SOP adherence, and sales focus.
• Promote the store's membership program to build loyalty and drive sign-ups.
• Oversee operations and performance to develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and giving feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations and career development.
• Uphold store standards and drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling, SOP adherence and a safe, clean environment for staff and customers.
• Liaise with Area/District Manager and HR regarding performance and relations; ensure accountability.
• Operate computers/printers, manage schedules and keep the store organized.
• Maintain inviting store environment and ensure displays align with guidelines.
• Support strategic planning to boost store presence, traffic and sales performance.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
