Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic store team including ASM, shift leads, and sales associates.
Uphold MINISO mission and values in all aspects of the role.
Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program to build loyalty.
Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance reviews.
Oversee cash handling, store safety, and housekeeping to standards.
Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
