• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure merchandising standards.
• Drive sales through staff training, motivation and feedback.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and performance development.
• Manage store operations, cash handling, and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with HR and Area Manager on staff relations.
