GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee 8–15 associates, drive sales, ensure premier customer service, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness across all shifts.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff while managing inventory and banking procedures. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willing to work all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Certification must be obtained (Food Safety) if not already held.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of store operations, team and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team across all shifts.
• Cover shifts as needed and manage deli or QSR operations when required.
• Run the register, stock, upsell and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members and coach for growth.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid driver’s license and insurance.
