GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy location, drive sales, and ensure top‑notch customer service. You will manage 8–15 staff, cover all shifts, oversee operations, inventory, and banking, and set the example with hands‑on leadership.

This hourly role offers weekly pay, a $1500 sign‑on bonus after 6 months, and opportunities for growth within our growing convenience chain.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance for banking duties.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Perform duties of store staff including cash handling, stocking, and merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
