Job summary

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy convenience store, drive performance, and motivate a team of 8–15 across all shifts. You’ll own store operations, handle banking and deposits, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, inventory management, merchandising, and executing marketing initiatives. A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts are required; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Take full ownership of store operations and performance.
• Lead and coach a team of 8–15 across all shifts.
• Must be available for days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and fuel pumps; run the register.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team performance, and results.
• Coach and develop team members for service and upselling.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Oversee inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; ensure safety and compliance.
• Support cross-training and deli/QSR operations when needed.
