Open availability is essential, including weekends and holidays. The position offers weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth into store management and beyond in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and multiple shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid DL with insurance proof.
• Able to perform physical tasks like cleaning and stocking.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient English communication and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Act as manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Handle daily cash deposits and store financials.
• Provide leadership feedback to drive excellence.
