Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, motivate a team of 8–15 employees, and drive performance while upholding safety and customer service standards. You’ll be the example on the floor, covering shifts as needed and coaching staff to upsell promotions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and strong communication. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Experience in retail or food management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, maintain cleanliness and safety.
