Casey’s in Arkansas is seeking a Store Manager who can lead a team, drive sales, and deliver Casey’s service standards across guest experience, merchandising, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, supervise Team Members and coach them to succeed and grow.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and special events; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability; monitor inventories and audits.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans to support the business in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
