Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will hire, train, and mentor Team Members, coach according to Casey’s CARES values, and manage scheduling and labor budgets.

The role oversees kitchen operations, inventory, audits, and partnerships with district leadership to build action plans based on KPIs and profit & loss. A strong leadership presence is required across varied hours.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; ensure asset protection processes.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L statements.
• Attend trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
