• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and high-traffic times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventory, and asset protection processes.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans.
• Attend trainings and ensure team completes required trainings.
