Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team and run a high-performing store. You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, manage the team, and maintain store standards with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

You will coach staff, oversee scheduling and budgets, and support store initiatives and compliance programs while delivering a welcoming experience for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team preferred
• Capability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals

• Ability to communicate clearly
• Flexibility to take calls as needed and work varied hours, including one evening shift per week, every other weekend, and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way, coaching and mentoring your team to succeed and grow.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, counts, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries; ensure asset protection.
