Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will drive sales, manage staffing, and ensure clean, well-stocked operations across the store while mentoring Team Members in the Casey’s Way.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while upholding quality and service standards.
• Keep the store stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members; act as coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budgets and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling updates.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walks, audits, inventory, and orders; ensure asset protection processes.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and complete certifications as required.
