Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Keep store stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members as a Casey's ambassador and coach.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budgets and staffing for regular hours and peak times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability; manage inventories and audits.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team members complete required trainings.
