Qualifications

• Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to analyze reports and profitability statements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ associates and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide action plans.
• Recruit, orient, train and appraise Team Members and monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help Team Members achieve performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members to meet store needs and productivity.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security measures.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards and maintain safety.
• Comply with all legal requirements and store policies.
