Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy Value Pawn & Jewelry location. You will supervise a team of 5–15 Pawnbrokers and Sales Associates, guide the customer experience, and drive store performance through coaching and strategic daily actions.

You will manage pawn and sales duties, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to staffing and training to support growth and career progression within EZCORP.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching abilities to guide a team of 5–15 associates
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills to close pawn and sales transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with solid time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 5–15 Sales Associates to maximize store performance.
• Oversee pawn and sales transactions and drive revenue.
• Analyze reports and provide action recommendations for key metrics.
• Conduct structured 1:1s with team members and provide feedback.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding and ongoing training per company guidelines.
