EZCORP, Inc. in Titusville, FL is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee one EZPAWN/Value Pawn outlet and a team of 5–15 sales associates.

You will drive revenue, ensure accurate loan and sales transactions, and deliver exceptional service while building strong customer relationships. You will mentor staff, support onboarding and training, and help team members grow into store management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in management, supervisory, and/or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of pawn industry or customer finance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and control cost to deliver budgeted operating margins.
• Complete and oversee accurate and proficient sales and loans transactions.
• Analyze reports on key business metrics and provide recommendations and necessary actions.
• Ensure personal and team standards are met for superior customer service.
• Assist with staffing and retention efforts.
• Assist with Team Member onboarding and training, ensuring both are completed per Company Guidelines.
