Job summary

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring store standards and compliance while building strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or pawn experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members while monitoring results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to assist Team Members in achieving performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members to meet store requirements and follow up on results.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and protect Team Members and customers.
• Comply with all legal requirements and store policies.
• Oversee merchandising and store displays to meet standards.
