Job summary

EZPawn, operated by EZCORP, is seeking a Store Team Leader to coach a team of 3–10+ associates, build customer relationships, and drive profitable pawn and sales transactions. You’ll help create a positive community-facing store environment and lead by example in service excellence.

You will analyze performance data, recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling, pricing, and security, and ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality with solid leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong negotiation talents and ability to create a superior customer service experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent judgment and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help Team Members meet performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure operational coverage.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Comply with all legal requirements.
• Maintain operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
