Responsibilities

• Open and close store daily.
• Oversee cash handling and banking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of donated items.
• Forecast sales and manage store budget.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Coordinator on volunteer programs.
• Drive initiatives to increase sales and store traffic.
