Responsibilities

• Open and close the store daily.
• Oversee cash register operations, reconciliation, records, and banking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of donated items.
• Keep accurate records and communicate with the Director.
• Support customer service and drive sales growth.
• Develop strategies to attract customers and increase traffic.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager, warehouse and other departments.
• Hire, train and supervise new staff; mentor team.
• Assist with volunteer database and supervise volunteers.
• Forecast sales and manage the store budget.
