Caleres is seeking a Store Manager in Saugus, MA to lead a busy shoe retailer. You’ll coach a team, drive sales growth, and ensure top-notch customer service across brands including Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, Sam Edelman, and Allen Edmonds.

You’ll manage daily operations, merchandising, and staffing while staying on trend with product presentation. A passion for shoes and community focus will help you deliver the famous Caleres experience.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
• Displays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed.
• Displays cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
