Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Store Manager who is passionate about serving the community and delivering the best shoe store experience for families. You will lead a store team, drive sales targets, and curate in-store culture to reflect our Famous Feeling.

You will oversee daily operations, develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer service while staying current on fashion trends and product presentation. A strong leader who motivates others will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach store Associates at all levels.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the Customer Connection by fostering relationships, operational excellence and flawless delivery.
• Lead Talent Discovery by networking with external talent and planning succession for leadership roles.
• Own Retail Operations, from pricing to inventory and staffing to run the store smoothly.
